Article Summary Format: An article summary for this course has two components. The first component is a summary of what you read. This may include a synopsis of the purpose, methods, findings, and conclusions; identifying major themes and terminology; and explanations of ideas and theories proposed. The second component will allow you to demonstrate how the material can be applied by you, either currently or after completion of your degree program. Refer to the attached rubric for more information about what you can put in the response. The response should be between 1 and 2 pages, double spaced, 12pt font, 1” margins, and a cover page with the appropriate information.
