Creating a Listening Dashboard

Choose any two brands of interest.  Identify the various related online communities and sites that you think would be interesting to listen in on.  Then, go to one of the dashboard websites and create a listening dashboard for the brands you have chosen.  Print out you’re dashboard reports, the steams of conversations, and analytics.  What are they talking about?  How could you participate?  Who is the top influencer?
