Write a research proposal on The Effects of the Resource Parent’s Attachment on Young Children’s Development. A “Resource Parent” is the name of a foster parent in New Mexico. This proposal should look into the importance of and also whether the attachment or bond between the resource parents and the children they care for, affect the child’s development.
