Implementing a new summer program

I started the paperAttachment 1Attachment 2As a human service professional tasked with implementing a new summer programfor ethically diverse adolescents, I would implement a summer educational bootcamp. I would implement this program to help children prepare for the followinggrade that they will be attending the following year and also prepare them forcollege. This program will help children focus more in school, making them feelresponsible, boost up their self-esteem, and possibly help them chance their ownprospective on school. This program can potentially prevent adolescents fromdropping out of school, impThe specific strategies that I would include in this program are making surethere’s plenty staff to assist everyone, especially those that need more one on onehelp.
