Key Acceptance Criteria (KAC)

Sometimes known as the Key Acceptance Criteria (KAC) these are the 3-5 top-level acceptance results that will signify project success (also known as the “vital few”). ( These would be top priority rows on your Pugh.)Can you name 3-5 results for the real project you are working on (or have worked on recently? If so, would others on your project name the same ones? Can your colleagues name 3-5 such requirements for the projects they are working on? Can you trace acceptance criteria to a need or problem statement in your organization?
