Back On Track PROGRAM AT THE JAMAICAN ASSOCIATION OF MONTREAL THIS IS WHAT WE ARE ALL ABOUT SERVICE CANADA FUNDED the this program focuses on career development services that are available for visible minority youth and young adults in and out of school attending the back on track program. we have key individuals wording with our youth who often times have a wide range of interests, therefore our program encourages them to figure out and decide for themselves what they want to do with their future. we have found that by empowering the youth early on to make informed decisions with guidance of staff or mentors it allows them to empower themselves later on.
