Communication is a key component for a project to be successful. Studies show that early engagement with key stake holders along with clear communication throughout the project improves client satisfaction and helps project managers to stay on budget (Titov, Nikulchev, Brikoshina & Suetin, 2020). Developing relationships with key stake holders also increases moral and enthusiasm of the team which increases the success rate of the project.
