Choose an event with which the Supreme Court or the American judicial system is wrestling. Apply the concepts of federalism, and at least two other important concepts we have covered in class.
You must use a minimum of ten sources, and a minimum of five sources must be peer-reviewed journals, the other five may be case law.
You may use cases we have covered in class, but they do NOT count as part of your ten sources.
I recommend that you discuss your subject selection with me prior to doing too much work on your paper.
I encourage collaboration, but you may not use more than two of the same journal articles.
The paper must be up to ten pages of content (i.e. not including the reference page or the cover page).
