For Part 3, you will discuss the purpose, main ideas, origins, and relevance of your first selected theory. Then you will apply the first theory you selected to the criminal act you chose in the Unit 2 outline. Instructions: In this assignment, you will:
• Select the first theory from the Unit 2 Outline: o Discuss the theory’s purpose and main idea. o Address the origin of the theory. o Cite the relevance of the theory in criminology from the Unit 2 Outline. o Apply the theory to the criminal act from the Unit 2 Outline.

pages. • At least two resources outside of the textbook.
