Think of two companies in the same industry that use different process structures (process, job shop, batch, etc.). Why is this the case? Is one process structure a better choice than the other? Is this layout a good fit with the organization? Why or why not?   Describe front-office and back-office processes. What are front-office and back-office processes in a regular restaurant?
