Diversity in the workplace

For this assignment, write about Diversity in the workplace. I chose this topic because I would like to write about work culture, the benefits of workplace diversity and its work culture. I will research and find two companies, one company who has a very diverse work place and another company that is also more unsupportive of diversity in the workplace. I will compare both companies, and conclude with the importance and my opinion and view.
