ED at the local store outlet

ED is a manager at the local store outlet. Memorial day weekend is coming, which is one of the busiest day in the store; But also many employees requested vacation. ED have team of 10 employees. All with seniority and experience.  He work during the day and Karin his chief supervisor work during the night. Ed come in the morning and find a note for Karim that employee was fighting about the upcoming holiday week-end and believe they deserve to have the weekend off justification: seniority, family commitment, lack of child care, preparing for exam.
