Gantt chart and the projected costs

1. The executives of the company have wanted to decide of how to proceed with this project. This needs to consider both the schedule, which we can see on the Gantt chart and the projected costs. We need to calculate the estimate to complete (ETC) and the estimate at completion (EAC). The good news is that MSP can help with this.
