For this assignment, you will construct an infographic spreadsheet for members within your organization to create an employee policy suggestion program. In preparing the spreadsheet, research three ways to create an employee policy program. You are to identify the pros and cons of each program. The presentation must include a minimum of 3 scholarly journals, which may provide some insights into all that is included in an employee policy suggestion program. Along with your recommendations, provide the reason behind your decision based on the literature. The presentation must address soliciting suggestions from employees within the organization.
