Your team will create a project plan to allocate your time and identify the tasks involved in completing the Group Presentation. This is a project plan from the student (team) perspective not from an organizational perspective. You will also create a SWOT Analysis of PAC Resources.
Goal:
The goal of this project is to create one team project plan and a SWOT Analysis.
The SWOT Analysis (described on p. 23 of the assignment) should be for the overall organization with a focus on the human resources department.
Role:
Your job is to create a project plan for completing all sections of the assigned case study and a SWOT Analysis.
