Write a 2-page paper that summarized tort law applications and situations that have been in the news over the past 5 years or so (prefer sport related considering it’s for sport law class). Topics can include examples of negligence, intentional torts, and/or product liability. I prefer negligence considering there are a lot of ideas but open to anything.
There is no specific structure to the paper, for now I will primarily be looking for your ability to use APA format including font, margins, in-text citations, and references. For those of you who are new to the program, we may also need to review what this looks like.
The paper is worth 25 points. 15 points for content and use of terms and ideas from the coursework. 5 points for grammar and spelling. 5 points for APA formatting.
