A blog is an entry that is threaded in which a person will start a topic based on the Module Outcomes listed for the module and others respond to it. It involves your thoughts, opinions, and reflections of the module outcome at hand as well as peer review. There will be a blog each module for you to complete and the basis will be what was discussed in class.

You can blog on any of the following topics: The Major Managerial Concepts of Organizing a Police Department, the Alternative Organizational Models and Structures for Organizing a Police Department, the police training process, the probationary period, and/or in-service training
