Research Paper
Paper will be 10 pages in length in APA format. Your research paper will be a theory and intervention application response to a case study of your choice.
Research Paper Components:
- The paper is to be 10 pages in length (not including title and reference pages).
- The paper is to contain at least 3 level-one section headers
- The paper is to be well organized in APA format (resource link)Links to an external site..
- The paper is to contain three (3) or less spelling, grammatical, and/or first-person language errors.
- The paper is to contain at least fifteen (15) references. (Only peer reviewed journal articles and books are to be utilized for this assignment)
The theory and intervention application paper is to clearly identify and discuss at least one (1) of the following when discussing the chosen case study:
- Model or theoretical framework addressing prevention
- Addiction treatment model or theoretical framework addressing substance use disorder or addiction treatment
- It is important that the theory and/or treatment model are in line. If you use psychoanalytical theory the approaches need to be driven by that theory. If you chose Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), know and speak on the theory or theories that framed this intervention.
The paper also must address the following:
Specific suggested strategies through a multidisciplinary team approach to prevention or treatment of the chosen case study
